Choosing your nail size online can feel a little daunting, especially if you're new to press-on nails. That's why we created First Fit Assist — our complimentary fit guarantee for first-time EONY customers.

If your first EONY nail set doesn't fit as expected, we're here to help.

How It Works

If your eligible first nail set doesn't fit correctly, EONY will provide one of the following options.

Option 1 — Size Exchange

If we have your design available in the correct size, we'll exchange it for you.

To be eligible:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original nail set to EONY.
Once the returned set has been received and inspected, EONY will cover the cost of shipping the replacement set back to you.
The returned nails must be unworn, unglued, unfiled, unaltered and returned with their original packaging.

Option 2 — Store Credit

If the correct size is no longer available, or if you prefer this option, we'll issue 50% store credit based on the purchase price of one eligible nail set.

Store credit:

can be used on your next EONY order
excludes shipping costs
cannot be exchanged for cash
is valid for one use unless otherwise stated

Eligibility

First Fit Assist:

is available once per customer
applies to one nail set from your first EONY order
requires you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
requires clear photographs showing the sizing issue
applies only where our sizing guide was followed before purchase

We recommend testing your nail sizes before applying glue. Adhesive tabs may be used for a temporary fit check provided the nails remain in original condition.

What Isn't Covered

First Fit Assist does not cover:

change of mind
preference for another design, colour, shape or length
damage caused during application, wear or removal
nails that have been glued, filed, reshaped or altered
lost or missing nails
multiple claims
sizing chosen without referring to our sizing guide

When tossing up between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

The aim is for the press-on to fully cover the sides of your nail.

Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with EONY. We carefully prepare and package every order before sending it on its way to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays.

During launches, promotional periods or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated to affected customers.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Australian Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Australia Post delivery times are generally:

Parcel Post: approximately 2–6 business days
Express Post: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, Australia Post service disruptions and peak seasonal periods.

International Shipping

EONY proudly ships worldwide using Australia Post International services.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard International: approximately 6–27 business days
Express International: approximately 4–12 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Please note that customs processing may occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@eonynails.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

EONY is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, please contact us if your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, and we will assist you with the available Australia Post enquiry process.

We hope you love your EONY nails. Due to the personal-use nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection (from your 2nd purchase onwards)
Preference regarding colour, shape or length
Products that have been worn, applied, altered, filed or damaged after delivery

Sizing concerns may instead be eligible for assistance under our separate First Fit Assist Policy below.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

All EONY products are inspected before dispatch. However, please contact us if your order arrives:

Missing an item
Not of acceptable quality

Email hello@eonynails.com with your order number, a description of the concern and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the concern and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law. Businesses cannot use a blanket “no refunds” policy to remove customers’ legal rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fail the consumer guarantees.

Product Care Guide

With proper care, your EONY press-on nails can be worn and reused.

Before Wearing

Ensure your natural nails are clean and dry
Avoid applying hand cream or oils immediately before application

During Wear

Avoid using your nails as tools.
Wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water (especially hot water) where possible.
Re-press nails if any lifting occurs

Removal

Always remove your nails gently using our the soak-off method or a nail glue remover.

Never force or pull off your press-on nails.

Storage

After removal:

Remove any remaining adhesive.
Wipe the underside clean.
Store your nails in the original EONY acrylic case
Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat

Proper storage will help maintain their shape, shine and longevity.

The product photos you see on our website are photographs of the actual nail sets you'll receive.

While slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting, we strive to ensure every product is represented as accurately as possible—so what you see is what you can expect to receive.

Monthly Limited Drops

Rather than carrying permanent collections, EONY releases monthly limited drops.

Once a design sells out, it may not return.

If a particular design receives enough requests from our community, we'll do our best to bring it back in a future collection. If there's a set you'd love to see restocked, let us know—we're always listening.

Products

As each EONY nail set is handcrafted, slight variations between individual sets may occur. Minor differences in crystal placement, artwork or colour are considered a natural characteristic of handmade products.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and individual screen settings.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your items as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and local postal services.

EONY is not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.

All EONY branding, photography, product descriptions, website content and logos remain the intellectual property of EONY and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
