Choosing your nail size online can feel a little daunting, especially if you're new to press-on nails. That's why we created First Fit Assist — our complimentary fit guarantee for first-time EONY customers.

If your first EONY nail set doesn't fit as expected, we're here to help.

How It Works

If your eligible first nail set doesn't fit correctly, EONY will provide one of the following options.

Option 1 — Size Exchange

If we have your design available in the correct size, we'll exchange it for you.

To be eligible:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original nail set to EONY.
  
• Once the returned set has been received and inspected, EONY will cover the cost of shipping the replacement set back to you.
  
• The returned nails must be unworn, unglued, unfiled, unaltered and returned with their original packaging.

Option 2 — Store Credit

If the correct size is no longer available, or if you prefer this option, we'll issue 50% store credit based on the purchase price of one eligible nail set.

Store credit:

• can be used on your next EONY order
  
• excludes shipping costs
  
• cannot be exchanged for cash
  
• is valid for one use unless otherwise stated

Eligibility

First Fit Assist:

• is available once per customer
  
• applies to one nail set from your first EONY order
  
• requires you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  
• requires clear photographs showing the sizing issue
  
• applies only where our sizing guide was followed before purchase
  

We recommend testing your nail sizes before applying glue. Adhesive tabs may be used for a temporary fit check provided the nails remain in original condition.

What Isn't Covered

First Fit Assist does not cover:

• change of mind
  
• preference for another design, colour, shape or length
  
• damage caused during application, wear or removal
  
• nails that have been glued, filed, reshaped or altered
  
• lost or missing nails
  
• multiple claims
  
• sizing chosen without referring to our sizing guide
